Working hours of Zonda team during the Christmas and New Year holidays
Check out how our exchange works during the Christmas break. Support team as well as deposit and withdrawal operations schedule will be changed.

We would like to inform you that due to the Christmas break, Zonda team will work according to the following schedule:
Customer Support:
- 24/12 - from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CET Support team will be available via e-mail and chat.
- 25/12 and 26/12 - from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm CET Support team will be available via e-mail only (the chat option will be unavailable).
- 31/12 - from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm CET
- 01/01 - from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm CET Support team will be available via e-mail only (the chat option will be unavailable).
Operation of deposits and withdrawals:
- 24/12 - deposits and withdrawals via bank transfer will be made between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm CET.
- 25/12 and 26/12 - deposits and withdrawals via bank transfer will not be posted.
- 31/12 - deposits and withdrawals via bank transfer will be made between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm CET.
- 6/01- deposits and withdrawals via bank transfer will not be posted.
- Withdrawals at Poczta Polska branches will be available depending on the operation schedule of the post offices.
- ATM withdrawals will be available as always.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that instant ZEN payments will work 24 hours a day, also during holidays.
Withdrawals ordered on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve by 12:00 will be forwarded to the operator on the same day.
