Follow the steps below to transfer funds:
a) Sign in to Zonda and go to the “Wallets” tab, and then to “Deposit” or “Withdrawal” - depending on the type of transaction you want to perform.
b) Select the ZEN option.
c) If the Pay with ZEN service is not yet active, follow the instructions on the screen.
d) If the service is active, enter the amount you want to deposit or withdraw in the corresponding field and confirm by clicking on the “Deposit”/“Withdraw” button.
e)When making a deposit, if you do not have enough funds in your ZEN account, the ZEN app will allow you to transfer funds immediately through one of the 24 methods available on the ZEN platform, including topping up by payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and instant transfers from bank accounts.
f)Once the transfer process is complete in the ZEN app, the funds will appear in your Zonda balance after a few moments.
