New merchant’s panel is available under the reference https://app.paywithzonda.com - account’s login and password stay the same. The payment gateway address has also changed and is now available under the domain https://checkout.paywithzonda.com.
What is key, the new service maintains access to previous websites created as part of the previous service and balances, contains a full account history and information concerning every generated payment gateway. Over time the previous marketing website and service will stop working, hence the need to transfer.
The transfer process is simple and consists of three changes needed to be made by a Partner.
Change of the domain in API endpoints
The operation of API will stay the same. However, over time the previous endpoints will stop working - the timeframe will be presented in further communication. Therefore it is needed to change the domain in all endpoints used in the integration.

- Change of the logotype in payment methods
Due to the change of the name of the service, it is also required to change the logos (graphic materials) displayed on the payment methods of the Merchant’s website.

- Rename / graphics change in FAQ sections
If on the Merchant’s website there are listed: guides, FAQ entries or other instructions on using the payment method, changes should also be made there in terms of the name of the service and displayed graphics. We have tried to simplify this process as much as possible for you. Therefore, if the above steps have been performed, the service is already transferred to the new site.
