We are adding the native token of the Avalanche project (AVAX) to the platform. Deposits will be available from December 7, 2021 and trading starts on December 9, 2021.
From December 9, 12:00 CET our users will be able to buy and sell AVAX in the following currency pairs:
- AVAX/PLN,
- AVAX/EUR,
- AVAX/USDT,
- AVAX/USDC.

AVAX is the native token to smart contracts platform Avalanche. All transaction fees are paid using AVAX, and it's also the common currency between subnets. Avalanche is often compared to Ethereum, as both have smart contract capabilities, which are crucial in running DeFi applications and NFTs. However, Avalanche aims to conduct faster transactions with lower fees than Ethereum. According to Ava Labs, Avalanche can process over 4,500 transactions per second, while Ethereum can support roughly 13 transactions per second.
