We’re proud to announce the appointment of Stanislav Havryliuk as Global Head of Support at Zonda. He took the post in January 2022.
Stanislav will take Zonda customer service to the next level by leading the dedicated team across the globe. He will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all aspects of the support process scaling the operation to keep up with Zonda growth. We’re thrilled to have Stanislav working with us as Zonda develops and improves its standards each day.

Stanislav has extensive experience in customer support function, sales, marketing, and team management. He has gone through every stepping stone in the corporate hierarchy until now, knowing management and customer support inside out. He has previously obtained expertise in FinTech and Blockchain companies. Most recently, he worked as a Head of Global Support at Bitcoin.com where he managed to reduce the percentage of negative feedback related to customer support by 4-fold by implementing his advancement strategy including vision, goals, and objectives at all levels.
